Madeline Patterson-O’Dell, RDN, LD, CDE

Lin is a Licensed Clinical Dietitian/Nutritionist and Certified Diabetes Educator who obtained her Bachelor of Science in Foods and Nutrition, Minor in Biology, as a Cum Laude graduate and completed her masters-level internship: Didactic Program in Dietetics from accredited Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, May 2002.

Career highlights include Regional Dietitian for Tanana Chiefs Conference – for all age and nutrition needs, as well as diabetes team dietitian, pre-diabetes register manager, weight loss program developer administrator for 6 years; Diabetes Outpatient for 10 years; Renal Dialysis Clinic for 6 years; Seniors nutrition in Long Term Care facilities for 5 years. As well: UAF Nutrition Professor / Curriculum developer; Hospital: In/Outpatient, Community/Events Speaker and Volunteer for multiple wellness groups.
